Fractional CMO for B2B tech • Stockholm
Less crap More pipeline
Marketing leadership. Hands-on. Personally.
11+ years of B2B marketing as an agency owner. Practically speaking, that’s like 42 years (not counting the overtime).
Keep going.

Your business? Very much.
Je m’appelle Benjamin.
Alrighty, now that the French is out of the way…
With long sales cycles, a bad bet can run for months before anyone spots it. Until someone does, you’re funding activity and hoping it turns into pipeline. And when the board asks what marketing is doing for revenue, “it’s early” only works once.
Years ago, I figured out that the most fun in business is marketing.
The kind that sells.
When I join your team, I work alongside your leadership and stay close to the numbers. Qualified opportunities. CAC. A few more. Enough to make sure marketing hits goals, and to give the board straight answers.
The role adapts to what needs doing. I lead. I advise. Very, very often, I dive elbow-deep into positioning, demand gen, creative, and sales enablement.
The hat changes. The job doesn’t.
Connect ideas to pipeline.
Approach
How I
work
Pipeline isn’t where marketing stops. Once sales gets involved, the work changes. Closing the deal is still shared. I don’t arrive with a generic playbook and squeeze you into it.
We build the right one together. Around your market, sales motion, and unit economics.
Which usually means I move between these buckets as needed:

History
who am I?
I started inLink in 2015 and grew it into a B2B marketing agency that cared more about pipeline and revenue than marketing activity. Brand, content, paid media. A decade as a certified HubSpot agency.
Gradually, I moved the business toward fewer, deeper customer partnerships and fractional leadership.
That’s the job now: Fractional CMO.
You get my marketing leadership, with 11+ years of agency experience behind every decision. You work with me directly. Years of wearing many hats taught me how to do the right stuff when everything feels important.
(Yes, Chief Many-hats Officer is a fair description. Fractional CMO is the one that fits on an invoice.)

Q&A
A proper
chitchat
Who do you work best with?
Prepare yourself for a long sentence:
B2B tech companies with some traction, a real sales motion, longer or more complex buying cycles, a useful product, happy customers, a skilled team — and founders or a CEO who see marketing as a serious part of the customer acquisition engine.
Most of my experience is with sales-led companies of 20–100 employees. That’s kinda my sweet spot.
How hands-on are you?
I work alongside you and your sales lead. I’m pragmatic. Not here to send you a Notion template.
Sometimes it’s better to shape the plan and guide the team or agencies to do the work. Now and then, it makes more sense to pitch in wherever needed to get the work done.
All my years as an agency owner mean I’ve done the work myself. Strategic, creative, operational, and commercial. And I enjoy all of it.
But, and this is a big but, the goal isn’t to replace good people. It’s to make sure what gets done connects to pipeline and revenue.
What’ll make this a success?
A temporary ban on the word “synergy”, a proper cuppa, and your utmost trust.
Once we have those three things sorted, we move fast:
- First week: Align on mindset and bring me up to speed on the business. You get my read on what to keep, stop, or add.
- First month: A written plan for the next 60 to 90 days with priorities and success metrics, agreed with you. Early work has shipped, not “in progress”.
- A quarter in: A clear view of what’s working, what’s not, and what we should do next. If the metrics aren’t moving the right way, we change course.
